A Killer Santa's Secret

A Killer Santa’s Secret

A Sunflower Farms Cozy Mystery

Christmas at Sunflower Farms was supposed to be the beginning of something wonderful. Nobody expected Santa to end up dead.

After eighteen months of work, Darbie Grimes and her family are ready to introduce their newly renovated Sunflower Hacienda to the community with a festive Christmas party. The tree is glowing, the food is plentiful, and retired Judge Ed Simpson is playing Santa.

Then Darbie finds Santa dead in her bedroom.

Everyone assumes Judge Ed’s death was a tragic accident. Darbie isn’t convinced. A stolen pair of earrings, a mysterious visitor, a threatening message, and a damaged security camera suggested someone at the party was hiding a dangerous secret.

With her cousin, Marisol, her lovable Saint Berdoodle Murphy, and an opinionated family who consider gossip a public service, Darbie starts asking questions even when Sheriff Ken Grayson thinks she should leave the investigating to him.

Someone at Sunflower Farms knows what really happened to Judge Ed. And if Darbie gets too close to the truth, Santa may not be the only one who doesn’t make it to Christmas.

A Killer Santa’s Secret is a clean cozy mystery filled with small-town Texas charm, family, friendship, humor, a touch of romance, and one unforgettable dog.
